Easter Eggs

I am in charge of Deviled Eggs every year for every holiday.... I don't even eat them (due to my dislike for mayo).
And because I get bored making the same thing I added a little new twist this year and got rave reviews.

Here are my filling Ingredients:

-Champagne Stoneground Honey Mustard
-Pickle Relish
-Mayo
-Egg yokes
-Cayenne pepper
-Salt
-Black pepper
And a dash of fresh dill on top.....



Awesome combo!

Not pretty though.... My piping bag took a crap so I had to use a teaspoon :( but I LOVE my antique egg holder I "inherited" from my Aunt Eileen!!!! It makes the ugliest eggs beautiful.

Just conquered my fear of heights by riding the BreckConnect up to Peak 9 to Tbar located @13,000ft just to have some yummy food and a Bloody Mary ! I might be crazy...... But so far it's been worth it!!!!






















Crispy, perfectly seasoned calamari.

And the super yum...

Lobster quesadilla's with a cilantro lime cream!!!













So good we are coming back tomorrow!!!!

Drinks and apps for a quick snack....

King Crab Wontons

King crab cream cheese, pineapple, chives and spices. Served with a soy reduction.





Excellent!

Crab Wontons with capers, red onion, tomato, shredded carrot and the soy reduction.

The combination is superb, I would have never put this together.
